In the comfort of our lobby, we will ask you to fill out some paperwork. These forms can be found on the website and downloaded in advance.

During the consultation, Dr. Rainbow will examine and diagnose your pet. He will give you a complete estimate of charges, including a low and high estimate of surgery if deemed necessary. The low end of the estimate is taken as a deposit when the patient is admitted to the hospital. We have on-call technicians, and 24-hour care is provided.
